I've finally done the Thing I've been wanting to do forEver! I labelled all of my inkpads so that now I can see what color they are from my chair. It's my attempt at organization..and I love it. I love to just sit and look at all of the colors...it was pretty easy, I just cut up some computer labels, swiped them with ink and adhered to the pad base...
These are the dye pads, grouped by color range...the colors are lucsious...:)

in looking at your storage for your stamp pads, I want to say "Brilliant!" as well as, "Duh, why didn't I think of that!" It's such a simple solution to an annoying problem. I love that you stamped the color right onto the labels- even the ones that come in color boxes are not a very accurate representation of the hues. Thanks for sharing!

The labels are great, too, because it's the actual color of the ink and not a printer's representation...
I've never been a big organizer..but it's kinda catchy when you find a good thing..Thanks! e
Interesting that you group your ink pads by color group and not by brand.
